End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: August 24, 2024

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Rainbucks ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") for access to and use of our courses, digital materials, and services available through rainbucks.org ("Platform").

By purchasing, accessing, or using any course or service from Rainbucks, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform or Services.

1. License Grant

Rainbucks grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your individual, non-commercial educational purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense course content without our prior written consent.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our materials.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access purchased courses under your account.
  • Circumvent any access controls or digital rights management technology on the Platform.

3. Ownership

  • All intellectual property rights in the courses, videos, text, images, designs, and any other materials are owned by Rainbucks or its licensors.
  • No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

4. Access & Availability

  • Rainbucks strives to provide uninterrupted access to courses, but does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from downtime or technical errors.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or service at any time without liability.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party.

  • Rainbucks may terminate your access immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, you must stop using the Platform and destroy any downloaded materials.

6. No Warranty

All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rainbucks makes no guarantees about course accuracy, results, or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rainbucks be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

Our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected course.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
